You will receive our full printed training material for this course. The software is provided for the duration of the training. 1 computer available per student. Beverages and some snacks are provided free of charge throughout the day. Lodging and meals and are not included.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on when we receive the fax with your signature or payment.

The class needs to be confirmed by X-Ways. If the class is a “go”, a confirmation will be sent no later than 14 days prior to the first day of class. We will send instructions for payment some time after processing your enrollment. We require payment to be received by at latest 14 days prior to the first day. We may require payment earlier if you are not an existing customer of ours, to guarantee your seat. If you cancel 14 days or more before a confirmed class start, 50% of tuition is due. If you cancel within 14 days before the class starts, you get $0 returned (tuition due in full). You can always send a colleague on your behalf if you can't make it. If the class is cancelled by the training provider, you get 100% of tuition returned. Failure to send payment in time may result in loss of a confirmed seat.
